Shipping and Returns

Most items will be shipped between one to three weeks depending on order complexity and seasonal issues (Christmas etc.)

Items can sometimes 'be rush shipped' if requested and agreed upon.

Items are shipped via Canada Post, usually 'tracked packet' or 'expedited'

Single items usually ship within Canada or to USA for $30. Multiple items can be bundled.

Customers will be emailed with tracking number at time of shipping.

RETURNS

60 days on returns and refunds

If item arrives damaged , please contact with photo, for a prompt (5 business days) shipped replacement, or total refund.

If item is unsuitable for any reason, please contact for replacement or total refund and instructions for free return shipping.
